MAKNA PUJIAN ATAS CIPTAAN DALAM MAZMUR 8: KAJIAN TEOLOGIS DAN PERBANDINGAN DENGAN MITOLOGI KANAAN.

Abstract


Artikel ini mengkaji makna pujian dalam Mazmur 8 dengan mempertimbangkan konteks mitologi Kanaan dan teologi penciptaan. Mazmur 8, yang mengungkapkan kekaguman terhadap ciptaan dan kedudukan manusia dalam tatanan alam, menjadi titik fokus penelitian ini. Melalui analisis teks, artikel ini mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen mitologis yang mempengaruhi pemikiran teologis di wilayah Kanaan. Penelitian ini juga membahas bagaimana pemahaman tentang penciptaan dalam tradisi Israel menciptakan perbedaan mendasar dengan pandangan mitologis Kanaan, terutama dalam hal posisi manusia sebagai makhluk yang diciptakan menurut gambar Allah. Dengan pendekatan integrasi, artikel ini bertujuan untuk memperdalam pemahaman akan peran pujian dalam mengungkapkan hubungan antara pencipta, ciptaan, dan manusia, serta implementasi bagi kekristenan masa kini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mazmur 8 bukan hanya sekadar ungkapan pujian, tetapi juga sebuah refleksi teologis yang kaya akan makna, yang mencerminkan dialog antara tradisi iman dan budaya sekitarnya. Artikel ini menegaskan pentingnya Mazmur 8 sebagai sumber refleksi spiritual dan teologis, yang bertujuan untuk menghargai ciptaan dan menjalankan perannya dengan penuh tanggung jawab dalam konteks iman yang berakar pada ajaran Allah.
